Why Christian Education?
West Side Christian School exists to provide a quality, Christ-centered education that teaches children about every aspect of God’s creation from a Reformed Christian perspective in a distinctly Christian environment, preparing them spiritually and academically to live as Christ’s servants.
We recognize that school is only one place where faith formation happens. This happens at home and the church, too. West Side Christian School takes seriously the responsibility to develop children’s minds, and do not separate our faith from the academics. We want every child to reach their God-given potential.
Christian education views each student as an image bearer of God, called to be His servant and called to serve the world in His name. This love and concern of the staff invites the student to respond to God in faith and encourages them to become a loving and obedient disciple of the Lord Jesus Christ.
