Choose the Right Ordering Option
West Side Christian School partners with Grand Rapids Christian Schools to provide hot lunch every full school day. Ordering and payment depend on your child’s grade level, so please select the option that applies to your family.
Family Portal Ordering
K–8 Students
Each K–8 student needs an individual account through familyportal.cloud. When creating the account, select Grand Rapids Christian Schools as the hot lunch provider.
Create a separate Family Portal account for each student.
Hot lunch is available on every full school day.
Weekly Google Form
Young 5s & Little Sprouts
Families with children in Young 5s or Little Sprouts order lunch using the weekly Google Form. Meals are labeled with each child’s name and delivered directly to the classroom.
Submit one weekly order through the Google Form.
Lunch is labeled and delivered to the classroom.
Weekly Ordering Window
The form is available Thursday, Friday, and Monday morning for the upcoming school week. Orders must be submitted by 8:00 a.m. Monday. A missed deadline means a lunch cannot be ordered for that week.
Hot lunch is offered only on full days when school is in session. Meals are not provided on half days, days off, or other days when regular classes are not held.
